How to deal cards correctly?: "Just a quick one... is there a rule involving how cards are dealt for the flop, river, etc.? I was called on this because I dealt the flop 1, 2, 3 left to right, then dealt the turn card to the right of 3 and then finally the river to the left of 1. So is this okay? Can I deal the cards anyway I want?
